Velvet lines the inside of this hat

I really love houndstooth printed fabric, something about it is so nostalgic to me :> This hat is actually fairly older and has been hoarding in my closet, the fabric is pretty thick that my machine couldn’t handle some portions so I got slightly discouraged with finishing it. This hat was made in 2024 and I finally took the time to hand sew the portions that were left to complete the hat :3 hehe I found a broken needle inside the fabric while sewing, what a relic!

I decorated with minimal buttons for this fabric is fragile in its own way and I didn’t want to tamper with it too much(:
*fragile by the print is woven in! I don’t wanna mess with the delicately placed threads
